As you add a new company or individual to this platform, please complete all the mandatory fields of the Intake Form while being mindful of any information you may know about this company or individual which may have a meaningful impact on Bunge. After the initial Intake, please ensure the third party is engaged to complete required due diligence activities in a timely manner before submitting to Bunge’s Global Ethics and Compliance (“GEC”) department for review, as their cooperation plays an essential part.

If at any moment before, during, or after the completion of the Intake Form you become aware of any red flag this third party may raise, please speak up and inform a GEC member so any necessary actions can be taken.
