Before submitting a new TPI request, please search the [STATUS database](https://status.eu.bluedd.com/) to confirm that the third party doesn’t already exist. This helps prevent duplicate accounts and avoids sending multiple questionnaires to the same third party. Contact the TPI CoE with further questions.
