Name screening will be performed automatically upon submission.
Compliance will review the submission and handle any alerts. Business teams are no longer required to review screening alerts.
Once cleared, you will receive a message from status@amlrightsource.com with a link to download the screening report, typically within 24 hours. At this point, the third party is cleared for onboarding.
If you selected Category 2:
The Hines Category 2 Due Diligence Questionnaire will be sent automatically to your Third Party contact upon submission. You will receive a copy of the communication.
Once the Third Party has completed the questionnaire, Compliance will review the responses and perform any additional due diligence deemed necessary.
Once approved, you will receive a message from status@amlrightsource.com with a link to download the due diligence report and Compliance approval.
