Welcome to the Veoneer Third Party Due Diligence Form.

This form enables Veoneer employees to submit new suppliers into the Blue Umbrella STATUS platform for Compliance evaluation.

- Direct Suppliers: All direct suppliers are subject to third-party due diligence prior to onboarding and ongoing monitoring throughout the business relationship.

- Indirect Suppliers: Indirect suppliers are included in the TPDD process where they present legal, regulatory, operational, cybersecurity, product safety, business continuity, or reputational risks.

The required level of due diligence is determined using the approved supplier risk segmentation model.

Before submitting a request on this page, please check with Compliance to ensure the third party does not already exist in STATUS.
