What this process is for:
This process helps us evaluate potential risks associated with this new third party. The information you provide—such as the nature of the relationship, geographic presence, and scope of business activities—enables the Global Compliance team to evaluate risks the third party may present to Kohler—such as anti-bribery and corruption—and initiate enhanced due diligence reviews as needed.
Your responsibilities:
Ensure the information you provide is accurate and complete; ensure the third party submits all required responses and documentation; and notify the Global Compliance team if there are any material changes to the third party’s circumstances, operations, or risk profile after submission of the below form.
What happens next:
The Global Compliance team will review your submission and make a determination on the risks the third party presents—or may present—to Kohler. Approval of the third party is not guaranteed.
Do not enter into any commitments with the third party until the third party has been approved by Global Compliance and/or Legal.
