This form is designed to assess potential risks associated with engaging third parties. The information you provide—such as the nature of the relationship, geographic presence, and scope of business activities—enables the Ethics and Compliance team to evaluate anti-bribery and corruption (ABAC) risks and initiate the appropriate review. If the third party is categorized as high risk, additional measures, including an external questionnaire, may be required.
