A successful candidate will be the one who has knowledge of SQL. One who is adaptable, detail-oriented, organized, has excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. One should be able to work with various internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex problems in coordination with incident management team, developers, QA and testing team.
The candidate will work in a highly collaborative environment to deliver excellent customer support also will work directly with our onshore & offshore members to define issues and resolve them. The role can also include a team to look upon and drive resolutions.
